PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
We want to bring your ideas to life. To start with we will meet you to discuss your requirements and budget, then using his experience and creative flair our designer will produce a set of plans to visualise your dreams. When the designs have been finalised your units will be handcrafted in our workshop and installed by our team of fitters.
We are more than just fitters, we are a one stop shop for refurbishment and restoration work. We can provide architects, bricklayers, decorators, electricians, plasterers, plumbers and structural engineers where required. We can also instruct groundworkers if needed. This, coupled with our top notch project management ensures a first class service and installation.
You will have seen our advertisements in local press, stumbled across our website, walked past our Gnosall showroom or just been told of us from a satisfied customer. When you contact us we will arrange an appointment to suit you, daytime, evenings or weekends whichever suits you. We will take a few details of what you are looking for, so we can arrive armed with some ideas.
At your appointment our designer Steve will chat with you about your requirements, budgets, likes and dislikes. Measurements will be taken. You will discuss features, finishes, styles to compile your list of “must haves” that will be adhered to at design stage.
Within 10 days of your initial appointment you will be invited to our showroom for a brew and to cast your eye over the detailed CAD drawings that Steve has produced. At this stage you will be able to make any tweaks if neccessary. Once you are happy with your designs you will be provided with a detailed quote of the anticipated costs.
As soon as you are happy with everything design and installation wise, the paperwork will be completed and a start date will be agreed. At this stage we ask for a 25% deposit to secure the date with our installers and manufacturers. The balance of the cost will be required one week prior to work being commenced.
Where possible we aim to be as accommodating as we can be with regard to changes in design, finishes, materials and appliances. We fully understand that you are making a big commitment with new designs so there is bound to be some mind-changing, but we’d really like it if you could stick to your design guns from 3 weeks before your start date.
Upon completion of your project, we will provide you -where applicable- with details of any care instructions, guarantees and any other necessary after care details. We will also be on hand to try and help with any queries or issues that may arise after work has been completed.
